The short answer

AI assistants answer from pages they can read, summarise and trust. We build those pages on purpose: a direct answer at the top, real headings, plain facts, structured data and an llms.txt index that tells the assistant what exists and what may be claimed. Placement is earned by being the most accurate, citable source — it cannot be bought or promised.

How AI answers pick sources

The machine has to summarise you accurately without a human checking first. So what helps is the opposite of trickery: the question answered in the first paragraph, claims stated as facts with their basis, consistent details across the site (name, prices, services), and machine-readable structure. Pages that hide the answer behind marketing prose are skipped.

What we do on your pages

Answer-first blocks on every money page, FAQ schema, an entity layer (who you are, what you do, what is true about you), clean crawlable HTML that works without JavaScript, and an llms.txt file naming the pages AI tools may quote. We also write the citation rules: what may and may not be said about you, so assistants do not invent a price or an award.

What we will not promise

No ranking position, no AI-Overview placement, no citation count. Anyone who guarantees a spot in ChatGPT's answer is selling the same fiction as a guaranteed first page on Google. What we can promise is that your pages are built to be understood and cited — and that we will say so plainly when something is not working.

How you can tell it worked

Ask the assistants directly — "what do you know about [business]?" — and see whether the answer is accurate and cites you. Check Search Console for indexing and AI-search crawler visits (ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, GPTBot and friends). There is no reliable dashboard for AI citations yet; honest measurement is asking, then watching.

No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What we control is whether your pages are understandable, fast, consistent and worth citing. Search visibility follows the work, in months rather than weeks.
