Firmitas is a small, independent studio: the person you email is the person who writes the code. We build hand-written websites for small businesses, quote one fixed price in writing before anything starts, and register the finished site, domain and accounts in your name.

The founder

Affan Jangda is the founder and the developer behind Firmitas. He writes the pages, the copy and the code — every page on this site included — and reads the brief form himself. He is reachable at hello@firmitas.studio, and his development work is public on GitHub.

The studio is deliberately small, and that is the point: there is no account manager, no hand-off to a junior, and no layer between you and the person doing the work. The trade-off is capacity — a limited number of projects, so each one gets the attention the quote promises.

What we believe

One fixed price, in writing. The quote sets out the scope, the revision allowance and the delivery date. There is no hourly meter running while we work, and no retainer afterwards.
You own the result. The code, the domain, the hosting account and the email addresses are registered in your name. If we disappeared tomorrow, your website would not notice.
Say the smaller option when it is the honest one. If repairs beat a rebuild, or no site is the right answer, we say so.
No invented credibility. We do not manufacture reviews, awards or years of experience, and we label our demo builds as demos — everywhere, including in the files search engines read.

What we build

Hand-written websites from scratch, plus the work that keeps them earning: building a website, a redesign or repair, search optimisation, AI search visibility, a security review and integrations. Every service is quoted as one fixed price with a delivery date.

The work you can open

Three demo builds, made by us to show the approach and labelled as demos wherever they appear: Casa Verde (a restaurant site), Bob's Plumbing Co. (a local trades site) and Summit Roofing (a material-led site). Each has a case study that says exactly what was built and what we would change for a real client.

How a project runs

Five steps, in order: the brief, a written scope with one fixed price and a delivery date, the design agreed against a reference you approve, a private preview you can try, then launch and handover — every account and password documented. Is Firmitas an agency?

No. Firmitas is an independent studio run by one founder-developer, Affan Jangda. You deal with the person doing the work — no account managers, no hand-offs, no hidden team.

Where is Firmitas based?

Firmitas works remotely with clients anywhere. There is no office to visit; the brief form and email are the way in, and every project runs through a written quote and a private preview link.

Can I see client work?

The three builds in our work section — Casa Verde, Bob's Plumbing Co. and Summit Roofing — are demo builds we made to show the approach, and we label them as demos everywhere, including in the files search engines read. Client projects stay private unless the client says otherwise.

Do you work with other developers?

Yes — if you already have a developer, we can take the written-scope and build portion of a project while they keep the day-to-day. Every build is handed over in full source, so another developer can pick it up without us.
