Pricing, on one page.

Our builds are quoted per project — one fixed price, agreed in writing — because scope is what moves the price. What we do publish: care plans from $45 a month, ad-hoc work at $40 an hour, and our 2026 market research, which puts small business websites between $1,000 and $15,000 depending on what they must do.

Reviewed October 6, 2026. Prices are quoted per project; nothing on this page is a published price list.

The short answer

Builds: one fixed price, quoted per project. Care plans: $45–$159 a month, published. Extras: $40 an hour, quoted first.

We do not publish build prices, because a five-page site and a booking system are not the same job. What this page does publish: the market bands from our 2026 research, the care-plan prices, the hourly rate, and exactly what every build includes.

Why builds are quoted, not listed

A published number invites a comparison that ignores scope. A cheaper quote usually covers fewer pages, fewer revisions, or leaves the accounts in someone else's name — so a price list would help you pick the wrong number. Send us a quote you have and we will tell you straight whether it is fair, whether or not you hire us.

These are the same bands we publish across the cost cluster: what a website costs, one-page costs and the pay-once math.

What every build includes

What moves the price

Scope, and only scope: the number of pages, working features (bookings, payments, integrations), photography and illustration, the copywriting, animation and interaction, and mobile performance discipline. Two businesses asking for "a website" can be entirely different jobs — which is why the number comes from the scope, not a list.

The prices we publish

Two things have published prices: care plans (Harbor $45, Voyage $119, Flagship $159 a month, no contract) and ad-hoc human work at $40 an hour, quoted and approved before it starts. Everything else — a build, a redesign, a repair list — is a fixed price in a written quote, with the scope, the revision allowance and the delivery date stated.

How to get your number

Send the brief form on the homepage with a few rough lines, or email hello@firmitas.studio. You get our questions in one batch, then a written scope with one price and one delivery date. Nothing is charged and nothing is built until you approve it.

Questions

How much does a website cost from Firmitas?

It is quoted per project, because scope is what moves the price. For context, our 2026 market research puts small business websites between $1,000 and $15,000 and one-page sites from budget studios at roughly $300–$2,500 — but your number comes from your scope, in a written quote, before anything starts.

Do you charge hourly?

No, not for builds — every project is one fixed price. The one hourly rate we publish is $40 an hour for ad-hoc human work (edits beyond a plan or a scope), and it is quoted and approved before anything starts, so a bill never surprises you.

Is there a published price list for builds?

No — only care plans and the hourly rate are published. A build price list would invite scope-blind comparisons, and a cheaper number usually means fewer pages, fewer revisions or the accounts in someone else's name. The written quote is where the price lives.

Is the quote the final price?

For the agreed scope, yes. The quote covers the design, the build, the launch and the revisions inside the agreed allowance. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and agreed before it starts — it never appears as a surprise on the invoice.

Is a care plan a better deal than a build?

They are different jobs, not two prices for one. A build is paid once and owned outright; a care plan is monthly upkeep with a written allowance of new work. Most clients do both: the build first, then a plan once the site is live. A care plan is never a condition of a build.
