Casa Verde: a restaurant that looks like the evening.
Casa Verde is a demo build made by Firmitas to show a restaurant site: the film at the top of our own homepage is it running, and the reservation page is the working part. It is not a client project, and we say that on the page.
Reviewed September 20, 2026. Prices are quoted per project; nothing on this page is a published price list.
The brief we set ourselves
Restaurant websites usually fail in the same way: a stock hero image, a PDF menu nobody can read on a phone, and a booking link that leaves the site. We wanted the opposite — atmosphere in the first screen, the menu in text, and the reservation flow on the page.
What was built
- A single page that carries the evening: type, dark ground, food photography sized for a phone.
- A reservation panel with party size, date and a confirmation step — a real form, not a link off-site.
- The menu as text, so it is searchable, copyable and readable by a screen reader.
- No template and no builder: HTML, CSS and JavaScript, hosted as static files.
What it does for the business
It answers the four questions a hungry visitor has — when you are open, what you serve, where you are, how to book — without a scroll hunt. The enquiry and reservation route keeps the visitor on your domain instead of handing them to a booking platform's search results.
What we would change for a real client
Real menus change weekly, so a client build would put the menu in a small editor or a spreadsheet, not in the HTML. We would also wire reservations to the restaurant's actual table plan and confirmations, and we would photograph the food rather than use stock.

Questions
Is Casa Verde a real client?
No. It is a demo build made by Firmitas to show the approach. We label it as a demo everywhere it appears, including in the files search engines read.
Could a site like this be built for my business?
Yes, with your content and your actual requirements. The demo shows the shape of the work; a real project starts with a scope and a fixed price in writing, and the copy, photography and features are yours.
Tell us what you need. Send a few rough lines and we will come back with a scope, a fixed price and a delivery date in writing.
