Summit Roofing is a demo build made by Firmitas for a high-consideration purchase. Nobody buys a roof from a paragraph, so this site leads with the material, the detail and the difference between options — and asks for the job at the end, not the beginning.

The brief we set ourselves

A roof is chosen once, for decades, by someone who does not know the vocabulary. The site has to teach the difference between the options and then make the enquiry obvious.

What was built

Material-led pages that show what you are actually buying, in plain language.
Specification detail kept where it belongs — near the decision, not buried in a PDF.
A lead form that collects the property, the job and the timescale.
Hand-written pages, no builder, hosted as static files.

What it does for the business

It shortens the pre-quote conversation. A visitor who has read the material pages arrives knowing which option they are asking about, which means fewer site visits that were never going to convert.

What we would change for a real client

Roofing is a local, reputation-led business, so a client build would carry accreditation marks, insurance details, before-and-after photography of their own work, and a review pipeline. We would also add a cost-calculator that qualifies by roof size.
